Returns & Refunds!

Currently, we do not accept returns, as we do not plan on reselling any items that have already been sold and handled with. We do however accept refunds if a purchase has been made accidentally, but refunds will only be given through venmo/paypal. Send us a message letting us know the exact issue and we'll try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery!

For certain shipping orders (US only), shipping fees can cost an additional $5-20 depending on where you are located. It should be automatically applied at checkout. You will receive status updates on your order: shipped, delivered, etc. and should expect to receive your order in 2-10 days from the date of shipping.

For bay area orders, the option for “local delivery” will appear at checkout if your location is eligible. If the option does not appear, you must select a shipping option at checkout. If you plan on paying with cash, just select any shipping/delivery option and select “Cash on Delivery” as a payment method — you can ignore the shipping fee that appears in the total.

Care Instructions!

Like other handmade yarn items, you should handle these products with extra care. As these are mainly decorative items and some items contain plastic eyes, it is not recommended that children under 4 handle these items without adult supervision. To clean, gently spot clean or hand wash with a warm wet cloth.
