• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs range from $5 to $20 depending on your location and will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Order Updates: You will receive email updates about your order status (e.g., shipped, delivered). Once you receive a "Your item has been shipped" email, your order should arrive within 2–3 days.
• Made-to-Order Items: All items are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be created. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If it has been more than 1 week since you placed your order and you would like an update, feel free to email or send us a direct message.

Bay Area Orders (Local Delivery Option)

• If your location qualifies, a local delivery option ($0–$5) will appear at checkout.
• If this option does not appear, you will need to select a standard shipping option.
• For cash payments, select “Local Delivery” and choose the “Cash on Delivery +$3” payment method.

• At this moment, we do not accept returns as we do not plan on reselling any items that have already been handled with.
• We do accept refunds if a purchase has been made accidentally, but refunds will only be given through venmo/paypal. Send us a message letting us know the exact issue and we'll try to resolve it as soon as possible.
